Terms of Service

• Services means any event production, education directory listing, content or related service offered by Esporting.
• Content means any text, imagery, video, audio, code or other material on the Site.
• User means any person accessing the Site, whether or not they create an account.
• Provider means an education institution or course operator listed in the directory.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before submitting forms or registering for events.

Where account features become available, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.

All Content on the Site (other than user-submitted material and Provider listings) is owned by or licensed to Esporting and is protected by UK and international IP law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All other rights are reserved.

When you submit content (enquiries, course listings, reviews, media) you grant Esporting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Site and the Services. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence.

The course directory is an informational service. Esporting is not the provider of third-party courses and does not award qualifications. Enrolment, fees and outcomes are governed solely by the relevant Provider. See the Learner Terms.

Bookings for esports events are governed by the Event Booking Terms, which supplement these Terms.

The Site links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to Esporting in the 12 months preceding the claim, and (b) [£1,000].

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of data.

You agree to indemnify Esporting against any loss, claim or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
