These terms govern your relationship with Esporting as a listed Provider. By submitting a listing you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.
1.Listing accuracy
You warrant that information you submit is accurate, current and lawful, and that you hold all necessary accreditations, awarding-body approvals and regulatory consents to deliver the course described.
2.Licence to display
You grant Esporting a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing, including any logos and imagery you submit, for the purpose of operating the directory.
3.Fees
Basic listings are currently free. Featured placements and enhanced listings may carry fees. Any commercial terms are set out separately in writing.
4.Regulatory compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with consumer law, the CMA's guidance on advertised course information, and (where applicable) the Office for Students or Ofsted requirements.
5.Moderation & takedown
We may edit, suspend or remove any listing that breaches these terms, is inaccurate, contains misleading marketing or generates substantiated complaints. We will notify you and, where reasonable, give you a chance to remedy.
6.Data protection
Each party acts as an independent controller for the personal data it holds. Leads passed from Esporting to you must be used only for the stated purpose and in line with UK GDPR.
7.Liability
Esporting is not a party to any contract between you and a learner. You indemnify Esporting against any third-party claim arising from your listing or course delivery.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
