Online spaces should be as safe and welcoming as our in-person events. This policy sets the standard.
1.Core principles
- Treat others with respect.
- No discrimination, harassment or abuse.
- Keep it age-appropriate — many of our spaces include under-18s.
- No sharing of personal information about others.
2.Zero-tolerance behaviours
- Sexual content involving or directed at minors.
- Hate speech based on protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
- Threats of violence, doxxing, stalking.
- Distribution of malware, scams or illegal content.
3.Moderation
Moderators are trained Esporting staff or vetted volunteers. They may delete messages, mute, kick or ban without warning where safety requires.
4.Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was unfair, email trust@esporting.co.uk within 14 days for review.
5.Reporting
Use in-platform reporting or contact us via Incident Reporting.
